Contractiva User Guide
The Contractiva User Guide provides detailed information for using Contractiva for all client administrators. If you do not have a copy of the User Guide, please create a support request or send an email to support@contractiva.com and we will get you an electronic copy. Our searchable, online User Guide will shortly be available from our support portal.

Submit Support Request
To create a new support request, please complete a new support request form. Please note that this is for clients of Contractiva. If you are an end-user and your query does not relate to the Contractiva system itself, you should consult your administrator and they will discuss your request and assess whether it requires our support or theirs.
Feature Requests
If you would like to see a new feature added to our next system release, please submit your idea in as much detail as you can, either by creating a support request or by sending an email to support@contractiva.com. It would be helpful to explain what the feature is you would like as well as what problem or need this feature will solve.
