Our online support system provides the fastest way to log support requests and there is always someone available to help when you need it.
Documentation, FAQs and video tutorials
Contractiva clients have access to full system documentation detailing every inch of the system, written in language that is easy to understand. An extensive FAQ library and walk-through video tutorials provide additional help when you need it. If this isn't sufficient, we have support agents waiting to help with anything more specific or anything you're not completely sure about.
System deployment pack
When deploying any new system, all users need to fully understand both how it benefits them, and how to use it effectively. We help with this by giving you a deployment pack containing template emails and documents explaining everything to your system users, making sure they are fully familiar with their new system before they start. Our support team is here to help you every step of the way and will help get your personnel using your system smoothly and efficiently.
On-site training
Contractiva has an array of powerful features that can be used to harness key business intelligence across multiple departments in a company. As part of every system deployment, we include a training program that includes face-to-face training sessions with your key administrators. Ongoing training for new administrators can be arranged whenever required to ensure your new team is fully familiar with their system. In addition to personal training, we can offer web conferencing sessions to train your ream remotely where appropriate.
Feature requests and product roadmap
Contractiva is an evolving software product. In addition to building custom modules and features for specific requirements, we work with clients to plan new features and to make sure our software is usable and up to date. If you have any ideas or would like something added to our product roadmap, you are encouraged to chat to your account manager or create a new ticket in the support centre and we'll contact you to discuss it.
