Overview
Contractiva is an end-to-end online workflow and financial management system for businesses that require timesheet and expense submission, from both permanent and/or contract staff. Contractiva builds on and strengthens business processes and enriches information about your staff. It is configurable to support a wide variety of business requirements and facilitates the reduction of administration and staff overhead by streamlining and centralising business operations into a secure, web-based portal.
System users
Contractiva is designed to support a wide variety of business structures with varied partner relationships. Every functional module is role-based, allowing access permissions to be configured to the precise level of security for each system user.
Within your business, Contractiva supports administrators, employees, contractors and partners. Administrators log into an advanced web interface, where they can configure settings, run reports, and manage projects. Standard users are directed to a light-weight portal, accessible from any browser, from where they can create and submit timesheets and expenses. Module-based workflow enables you to define which system users are responsible for workflow approvals, and to whom invoices or reports should be sent.
Staff, partners & affiliates
As business has become more complex with partnerships and joint ventures being common to many projects, so the need to allocate commissions or a percentage of project revenue to partners or affiliates has become necessary. Contractiva manages transactional accounts for these parties within the system, allowing you to allocate and track funds made to them, and to provide instant transparency over your financial position with respect to these liabilities.
Multi-company configuration
Contractiva accommodates any number of companies within a group structure, each of which can be configured to support local sales tax rules and any number of international currencies. Each company within the group can use the same contractors and/or agents and can invoice clients according to its own jurisdictional parameters. Whether you have companies in the UK, China or Dubai, the system will accommodate each companies' individual invoicing and currency requirements.
Our largest client operates a global consulting business, managing contractors through four companies, each located in a different country, billing clients in eight world currencies.
Configurable workflow
Every company has a different way of operating, with a preferred approval process and task allocation. We work with each client to configure your workflow to your specific requirements, ensuring information flows through the system in the manner that is most efficient and effective to your organisation.
Live user dashboards
User dashboards present easy access to frequent tasks and distil key information, available within configurable pods to ensure attention is drawn to outstanding items or where action is needed. Pods contain dynamic lists of outstanding timesheets, unpaid or overdue invoices, outstanding personnel or contractor information, all determined by business rules set in system admin settings.
