Reporting

Users with correct access permissions can create reports from a list of pre-configured reports, or request a custom view or report from our support team, who will build any report you require to address your requirements.
Message centre
Contractiva offers a comprehensive audit trail of all communication through an internal message centre which enables secure messages to be delivered to system users throughout the organisation.
Contextual anecdotal notes
Anecdotal notes can be stored against any item in the system for future reference. These, for example, can be used for items including invoices, timesheets, contractors, contracts, payments, etc.
Administrator diary
The diary module lets administrators set reminders about daily tasks, such as checking payments, invoice discrepancies or contacting clients or users.
Dynamic task lists
A configurable list of tasks that require attention. The task list can include any items you need to action, such as displaying outstanding invoices, overdue timesheets or un-configured contractors.
Company news
The company news module allows administrators to display system-wide news to all, or group-specific users, both within the system or on the login page.
Powerful search engine
A powerful textual search engine enables users and administrators to search for any item or user using free-text keywords. Our advanced user interface identifies previous searches for quick retrieval.
