Hosting
Contractiva can be hosted either by us, or on your own servers, the choice is yours. If hosted by us, your installation can be housed on servers in London (UK), Amsterdam (Europe), or Dallas (USA). All our servers are protected by perimeter firewalls and are monitored 24/7 for intrusion detection and application availability. Our scaling and security infrastructure enables us to deploy new servers within minutes as our requirements increase, ensuring the highest levels of speed and performance.
SSL and application security
Security is core to our business. Contractiva employs industry-leading security standards and policies for any tasks relating to client data, our application framework or server infrastructure. We use 128-bit SSL encryption as standard, whether hosted on our domain or yours. System audit tables for all admin tasks, approved admin IP lists, restricted internal data access, enforced password strength and time-based inactivity logouts are all features of our enterprise-grade application security.
Rapid scalability
Pre-configured server deployment packages enable us to rapidly and predictably commission capacity on demand. Being able to commission new server instances in this way ensures Contractiva is always hosted at optimal performance, using the same exacting reliability and security standards across our entire server infrastructure.

Incremental or replicated data backups
All client installations benefit from our on-site and off-site backup schedules of both file system data and databases. Our backups are made incrementally, every 15 minutes, meaning that in the highly unlikely event of a total disaster, Contractiva could be restored to within minutes of the disaster occuring. As part of a distributed installation, we can provide replicated databases to ensure total redundancy in the event of a server failure.
