If mail is being delivered to bulk/spam folders, we will need to investigate your domain DNS setup to ensure the email server is authenticated to send mail. Please contact support.

How do I know when something requires my attention?

You should receive an email whenever there is something that requires your attention. Depending on your configuration, you should also see the item listed in the relevant 'pod' on your dashboard.
