You should receive an email whenever there is something that requires your attention. Depending on your configuration, you should also see the item listed in the relevant 'pod' on your dashboard.
What types of system emails does Contractiva send?
Contractiva has a powerful internal mailing engine that can be configured to your precise workflow requirements. We can set your system up to send email notifications for a range of activities or triggers, notifying users whenever their attention is required.
How many admin users can we have?
There is no limitation on the number of admin users you can have. Our pricing structure is tailored around admin accounts though so you will need to chat to your account manager if you require additional accounts. We suggest keeping strict control over your admin logins and making sure these are updated whenever someone leaves the company or should no longer have access to the system.
What types of system users are there?
Contractiva functionality is modular and role-based, meaning we can define hierarchical user levels that can include or limit access to any area of the system. This architecture ensures you can provide the perfect level of granularity to each system user throughout your organisation.
Can I limit administrator logins to specific IP addresses?
Yes. This feature provides added security and ensures that administrators can only login from authorised static IP addresses. Please note this means that any administrators needing to login from home or another office, will need to have a static IP address.
Can I access a file if I know the URL?
Only if you are logged into the system and have access to the document you are attempting to download. The system authenticates every request to make sure your account has the correct permission to access it.
